(“Image Immigration Services”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)
These Consultation Terms and Conditions apply to all consultations booked with Image Immigration Services, including in-person, phone, video, or online consultations.
By booking or attending a consultation with Image Immigration Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Consultation Services
Consultations are provided for the purpose of discussing Australian migration, visa, education, sponsorship, and related matters based on the information provided by the client at the time of consultation.
During the consultation, we may:

Assess your migration or education objectives
- Discuss possible visa or migration pathways
- Review general eligibility requirements
- Provide guidance regarding migration processes and procedures
- Discuss potential next steps and available options
Consultations are limited to the allocated appointment duration unless otherwise agreed.
2. Nature of Advice
Advice provided during consultations is based solely on the information and documents available at the time of the consultation.
Migration laws, policies, procedures, occupation lists, and eligibility requirements may change without notice and may affect future outcomes.
Information discussed during consultations is general professional guidance and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of visa approval, invitation, sponsorship, or successful outcome.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Image Immigration Services does not guarantee:
- Visa approval or grant
- Invitation outcomes
- Sponsorship approvals
- Skills assessment outcomes
- Tribunal or court outcomes
- Processing timeframes
- Permanent residency or citizenship outcomes
All decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs, Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), courts, assessing authorities, educational institutions, employers, or other relevant third parties.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Providing relevant documents where requested
- Informing us of any changes in circumstances
- Carefully reviewing information discussed during the consultation
Image Immigration Services is not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the client.
5. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees must be paid in full prior to the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Consultation fees are exclusive of GST
- GST will apply where required by law
- Consultation fees are separate from future professional service fees
- Payment confirmation is required to secure the appointment.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations
Consultation appointments may be cancelled up to forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment time for a full refund.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
Late Cancellation or Non-Attendance
Failure to attend the consultation or cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of consultation fees.
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has commenced.
7. Late Attendance
If a client attends late, the consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time.
Where a client is significantly late, the consultation may need to be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.
8. Zero Tolerance Policy
Image Immigration Services maintains a professional and respectful working environment.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward:
- Harassment
- Aggressive or abusive behaviour
- Threatening conduct
- Offensive or discriminatory language
- Online abuse or intimidation
Where such conduct occurs during consultations, communications, or online interactions, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the consultation without refund.
9. Recording of Consultations
Clients must not record consultations, meetings, phone calls, or video conferences without prior consent from Image Immigration Services.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate consultations where unauthorised recording occurs.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
Personal information collected during consultations will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
Information provided during consultations may be used for:
- Assessing migration or visa options
- Internal administration
- Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Immigration Services excludes liability for any loss, delay, refusal, cancellation, or adverse outcome arising from:
- Changes in migration law or policy
- Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by clients
- Decisions made by government departments or third parties
- Technical interruptions affecting online consultations
While reasonable care is taken during consultations, no warranty is provided regarding outcomes or future eligibility
12. Refusal or Termination of Consultation
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate consultations where:
- False or misleading information is provided
- Inappropriate or abusive behaviour occurs
- Fees remain unpaid
- Continuing the consultation may breach legal or professional obligations
- Termination does not remove any obligation to pay outstanding fees
13. Governing Law
These Consultation Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Victoria.
Any disputes arising from consultations shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
