By accessing our website, booking a consultation, engaging our services, submitting information to us, or otherwise communicating with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Professional Services

Image Immigration Services provides immigration, migration, education, and related consultancy services in relation to Australian migration and visa matters.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:

Services are provided based on the information and documentation supplied by the client and in accordance with applicable Australian laws and migration policies at the relevant time.

2. Consultations

Consultations are provided for the purpose of discussing migration, visa, education, sponsorship, and related matters.
During consultations, we may:

  • Assess your circumstances and migration objectives
  • Discuss eligibility requirements under current migration legislation and policy
  • Identify potential visa or migration pathways
  • Provide strategic guidance regarding your matter
  • Explain procedural requirements and potential next steps

Consultation sessions are limited to the allocated booking period unless otherwise agreed.
Advice provided during consultations is based on the information available at the time of consultation and may change if legislation, policy, or personal circumstances change.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Image Immigration Services does not guarantee:

  • Grant or approval of any visa application
  • Invitation outcomes
  • Sponsorship approvals
  • Skills assessment outcomes
  • Processing timeframes
  • Tribunal or court outcomes
  • Educational institution acceptance
  • Permanent residency or citizenship outcomes

All decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs, Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), Federal Courts, educational institutions, employers, assessing authorities, or other relevant third parties.

Any opinion, assessment, or guidance provided by Image Immigration Services constitutes professional guidance only and must not be interpreted as a guarantee or assurance of success.

4. Tribunal, Appeal, and Judicial Review Matters

Image Immigration Services may assist eligible clients with:

  • Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) applications
  • Migration review matters
  • Visa refusal and cancellation matters
  • Ministerial Intervention requests
  • Judicial review assistance involving the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and/or the Federal Court of Australia

Assistance with tribunal or court-related matters is provided based on the individual circumstances of each matter and the applicable law at the relevant time.

Image Immigration Services does not warrant or guarantee any outcome in tribunal proceedings, appeals, reviews, or court matters.

5. Client Obligations

The client acknowledges and agrees that they must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
  • Provide requested documents within required timeframes
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to circumstances relevant to their matter
  • Carefully review all documents and applications before submission
  • Respond to requests for information or instructions promptly
  • Comply with applicable Australian laws and visa conditions

The client acknowledges that the provision of false, misleading, fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate information may adversely affect their application or matter and may result in refusal, cancellation, termination of services, or other legal consequences.

6. Fees and Payments

Professional fees for services will be discussed and agreed prior to commencement of services unless otherwise stated.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:
  • All professional fees are exclusive of GST
  • GST will be charged where applicable in accordance with Australian taxation laws
  • Government charges and third-party costs are separate from professional fees
Third-party costs may include:
  • Visa application charges
  • Skills assessment fees
  • Medical examination fees
  • Police clearance fees
  • Translation and interpretation costs
  • Courier and administrative charges
  • Tribunal or court filing fees

Payments processed electronically may appear under “Image Immigration Services” on bank or card statements.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Consultation Cancellations
Consultation appointments may be cancelled up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time for a full refund.

Rescheduling Consultations may be rescheduled without penalty where notice is provided at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Late rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.

Late Cancellation and Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation or cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of consultation fees.
Professional fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law or agreed in writing.
Consultation fees are not transferable or deductible from future professional services unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Unexpected Changes and Service Availability

In limited circumstances, Image Immigration Services may need to reschedule or cancel appointments or services due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, illness, technical interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Where practicable, we will notify affected clients promptly and make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative appointment time.

9. Zero Tolerance Policy

Image Immigration Services maintains a professional and respectful working environment.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Harassment
  • Threatening behaviour
  • Aggressive or abusive conduct
  • Offensive or discriminatory language
  • Online abuse, intimidation, or misconduct

Where such conduct occurs during consultations, communications, meetings, phone calls, emails, social media interactions, or online engagements, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the consultation or cease acting for the client without refund.

10. Website and Social Media Content

Information published on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, newsletters, blogs, videos, or other marketing materials is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute personalised migration advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of outcome.
